looks like there is nothing much to blog this few days.....i have been packing, getting ready for going to UK, learning how to cook.. i think i shall talk about my adventures in cookingland...
well it started when my dad (who alredy knows the guy from the cafe,... in fact he knows everyone =_=) told the owner of a cafe near his office i am studying overseas, the nice guy, decided to give me a tutorial on coking and allow me to observe in his kitchen as well as try cooking... so...
first day, he educated me on the different ways of cooking (primarily Chinese style), which was mostly stir fry, a little boiling.... some sandwich making,... but was mostly stir fry. He then brought me into his kitchen to try to cook an egg... 1st day done... (this post is starting to sound boring)
second day.... i arrived after lunch time where the workers were more free... the boss asked me to follow this Indon guy working there and observe. i tried to fry some rice which turned out not bad, a lil salty, and, yeap.... spent the rest of the day observing until my time was almost up so i tried to fry some fried noodles for my parents to try.... well not bad i think but the fire must be controlled a little more well.... ( i really can post do i @_@ so boring i even feel my self)
3rd day... last day... uhmm went in same time as 2nd day.... tried my hand on some butter chicken... not bad i think... the garlic was a lil burnt,... and then did some hokkiean mee was a lil too dry and burnt... well, looks like i stoll gotta practice... aha!!! long post!! innit boring!
